China Mass Media The Philippine claim of sovereignty of the PRC

The Philippines is part of Chinese territory. Thus the claim of China Television News Station (CCTV) in a broadcast Monday (7/5) night.

In the broadcast, the television presenter said Huangyang islands, or who claimed the Philippines as the Scarborough Shoal is an area of China. "We know, the Philippines is a region that is part of China. Philippine sovereignty belongs to China. It is an indisputable fact," the presenter said as quoted by telegraph.co.uk, Wednesday (9/5).

Unfortunately, the video tape has been removed. But can be found in a number of pages. "A good patriot, he had announced to the world that the Philippines belongs to China," said blogger named Helenjhuang.

Another blogger, Kongdehua said the Philippines has made the problem essentially. They seemed to want a war. "Once the Chinese spit, the Philippines could drown," he snapped.

CCTV officials declined comment related to the problem. They also do not intend to say sorry-related incident.

As reported by China and the Philippines are involved in the Spratly Islands dispute status. Not only both countries, which supposedly oil-rich islands are also claimed by Vietnam, Malaysia, and Brunei.
