Fergie: Manchester United Will not wasteful spending like City

After winning the league, Manchester City are believed to continue spending big to bring in star players. However, Manchester United still would not imitate his rival in the quest for achievement.

This season, Manchester City have to recognize excellence in the race for the league title. The Citizens came out as champions by winning the same value, 89 points but a superior goal difference.

Since Sheikh Mansour bought four years ago, City do such a massive investment to bring Yaya Toure and Sergio Aguero.

City now has big ambitions to become one of the greatest clubs in the world. No wonder the Eastlands-based club that will continue to pursue players who lured star salaries.

Even so, Manchester United remain adamant his transfer policy will continue to invest in young players.

"We know that Citu will continue to spend money for a lot of players and give the stupid salary," said Sir Alex Ferguson told MUTV in MU's best player award ceremony.

"We can not do that. We'll see what we can to attract the attention of many players for the right reasons. Obviously, we will give an advantage for them financially as well, but we will not miss that aspect."

"But we will do what we did right and we will continue like that," said Fergie.

Manchester United and City are now competing in the race for Lille's talented young stars, Eden Hazard. Hazard has confirmed that it will move to Manchester next season, but it is not clear which will be anchored to.
