Saddam Hussein Executed Maid

Baghdad - Iraq executes an aide to the country's former ruler, Saddam Hussein. Owned television on it, but do not mention the execution site.

Abid Hamid Mahmud al-Tikriti was Saddam Hussein's personal secretary. He also served as national security adviser and senior guard rulers who had been executed earlier.

Al-Tikriti was one of 55 most wanted Iraqis. He was in the order of number four on the back of Hussein and his sons Uday and Qusay in that list.

He and members of special forces captured Saddam in the 2003 raid by U.S. Special Operations Forces in Tikrit dekatvkota. Iraqi High Tribunal sentenced him to death for genocide and crimes against humanity.

Invasion in 2003 under the leadership of the United States toppled Saddam Hussein's regime. He was executed in December 2006 after being found guilty of crimes against humanity in the killing of Shias in 1982.
