Manchester United officially announced the young midfielder Nick Powell from Crewe Alexandra for a fee that is not informed to the public.
The Red Devils Party also stated that Powell had passed a medical and agreed to sign a contract duration of four years. The player's contract will begin on July 1.
Manager Sir Alex Ferguson is happy to recruit Powell.
"We've been monitoring this Nick in few months. He has tremendous talent and has played well at the Crewe," said Fergie told ManUtd.com.
"I'm glad he chose to join United. He received many offers, and we're looking forward to working with him."
Powell himself was pleased to join at Old Trafford. According to him, this decision is a dream come true. England Under-18 players that can not wait to experience coaching and playing together Fergie players world class.
In Crewe, who had previously played club in League Two, Powell scored 14 goals in 38 appearances last season and led his team promoted.
United lucky to get Powell for being able to win the competition with Everton, Chelsea and Arsenal.
