15 Victims Identified Sukhoi Success


Disaster Victim Identification team (DVI) Police have identified 15 Sukhoi Superjet 100 dead bodies that fell on Mount Salak, last week.

"The results of the examination as many as 15 victims were identified, including one victim stated that on the previous Wednesday, May 16, had already been identified," said Police Chief Brigadier General Hospital Agus Prayitno told reporters on Friday.

He said it so far has received as many as 35 body bag. "It consists of 30 body bags containing body parts and five bags of property belonging to victims of Sukhoi," he said.

Of the 30 bags containing body parts, said Agus, DVI teams have identified as many as 15 bodies.

"The 15 unidentified bodies of victims consisted of 10 male and female of five people," he said.

Judging from the success of citizenship known to consist of 13 citizens and two foreigners. "Judging from the nationality of victims were identified consisting of 13 citizens and two foreigners," he said.

However, Agus said, it did not know the origin of the victims of the status of the foreigners.

"I'm not sure, whether the two foreigners who were identified were from Russia, France or the United States. Total foreigners who come to be victims of Sukhoi Superjet 100 airplane crash about 10 people," he said.

"` We ask the families of the victims who had been identified please be patient until the entire process of finding the victim is successful, then the remains will we leave, "he said.

He added, of the 15 bodies have been identified but none of the bodies were found intact.

"The damage is very severe body. None of the bodies found intact," he said.
